Essel Energy takes all the quality measures to ensure that the products are 100% quality and actual road tested before dispatching. But, still in case of any issues related to the quality, performance or manufacturing defects, Essel Energy commit to refund* you the full amount if the purchases are made online through our website www.esselenergy.com. Refund can be claimed within 10 days after you receive the material.
To claim a refund, the customer must write to email@example.com with all the necessary details images or videos within 10 days of receiving your Ebike. The customer must pack the material properly as he has received at his cost. Customer should ensure that the returned material reaches our warehouse/office (on the same address from where it was dispatched) safely and without any damages. Customer has to bear the transportation charges.
After receiving the material safely, Essel Energy will initiate the refund process and will release the refund amount within 15 business days after deducting (1) Delivery charge (while sending the material) , (2) Reverse transportation charge (if not paid by customer) and (3) Cost of damages or repairs.

Customer must request for order cancellation before the dispatch confirmation. Cancellation cannot be proceeded if the material is already dispatched.
